  • Can I place an order using a Purchase Order (P.O.)?
    • Online orders require a credit card for payment. To place an order using a purchase order, please contact your Client Service Coordinator. Call our Client Response Team (888-576-1776) for help in reaching your coordinator.

 

  • How can I use my tax-exempt status in ordering online?
    • Tax exempt orders must be placed through your Client Service Coordinator. Call our Client Response Team (888-576-1776) for help in reaching your coordinator.

 

  • I would like to purchase teacher guides. How can I add them to my online order?
    • Teacher guides are licensed materials and only available to certified facilitators.  If you are certified, please contact your Client Service Coordinator for help in placing an order.  If you are not certified and would like additional information about certification, please contact your client partner.  The Client Response Team (888-576-1776) can assist you in reaching your Client Partner or Client Service Coordinator.

 

  • I would like to purchase student activity guides or workbooks. How can I add them to my online order?
    • Student leadership content is licensed and only available to certified facilitators.  If you are certified, please contact your Client Service Coordinator for help in placing an order.  If you are not certified and would like additional information about certification, please contact your Client Partner.  The Client Response Team (888-576-1776) can assist you in reaching your Client Partner or Client Service Coordinator.

 

  • When can I expect my order to ship?
    • Orders are processed Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Central time.  Please note that orders are not processed on holidays or weekends. To obtain updated status or tracking information for your order, please contact Susan Wilson (via phone: 801-817-6753 or via email: Susan.Wilson@FranklinCovey.com) or Hilari Bloomfield (via phone: 801-817-5038 or via email: Hilari.Bloomfield@FranklinCovey.com). Be sure to have your order number available for quick reference.
    • Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Central will be processed the following business day. (For example, an order requesting overnight shipment that is placed after 4:00 p.m. Central on Friday will not be processed until Monday, with expected delivery on Tuesday.)

 

  • How will I know when my order has shipped?
    • Your order will remain in “processing” status online, even after shipment occurs.   • How long will it take to get my order?
    • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you selected in placing your order (i.e., ground, 2-day, overnight, etc.), as well as any holidays that may delay delivery. Please note that the day of shipment does not count as a day in transit.   • How can I place an order for a shipping destination outside the United States?
    • Online orders are limited to delivery within the United States.  To place an order requiring delivery outside the U.S., please contact our Client Response Team (888-576-1776) for help in reaching your coordinator.  Your coordinator is prepared to process your request.
 
  • Where can I find a list of SKUs to use in placing my order?
    • Your Education Quality Partner can provide you with an order form or a list of SKUs for the products on your list. Please call our Client Response Team (888-576-1776) for help in reaching your Education Quality Partner.
 
  • Are the Leader in Me materials translated for use with non-English speaking students?
    • Level 1 – 6 activity guides are available in Spanish. These licensed materials are available only to certified facilitators.  If you are certified, please contact your Client Service Coordinator for help in placing an order.  If you are not certified and would like additional information about certification, please contact your client partner.  The Client Response Team (888-576-1776) can assist you in reaching your Client Partner or Client Service Coordinator.
 
  • What is the difference between The 7 Habits of Happy Kids book and The 7 Habits of Happy Kids collection?
    • The 7 Habits of Happy Kids book was the first book in this series to be published, and includes a short story for each of the 7 Habits. The 7 Habits of Happy Kids collection features seven individual books, each focused on a specific Habit. The collection offers you the opportunity to purchase these seven story books as one bundled package.
 
  • Where can I order the posters for The 7 Habits of Happy Teens?
    • These posters are licensed materials and are available only to certified schools.
